Your first visit will include a comprehensive health assessment, During your initial consultation, our experienced practitioner will conduct a thorough assessment, considering your medical history, lifestyle, and wellness objectives. Based on this evaluation, we develop a tailored plan that may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other complementary therapies to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

To ensure you have a comfortable and beneficial session at Hajo Holistic, we recommend the following preparations: 

1. Eat Lightly: Have a light meal or snack about 1-2 hours before your appointment. Avoid coming on an empty stomach or immediately after a heavy meal.
2. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Opt for loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to areas where needles may be inserted, such as arms, legs, and abdomen.
3. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your appointment to stay well-hydrated.
4. Arrive Early: Plan to arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to settle in before your session begins. If this is your first appointment, we recommend coming at least 10 minutes early.

What options do you have for affordable care?

We believe in the power of community-based acupuncture to provide accessible healthcare. Our space is currently only big enough to see one patient at a time. In the future, we hope to provide more affordable, group acupuncture care

As of 2025, Hajo Holistic accepts insurance from the American Specialty Health network (including Kaiser, Aetna, and Cigna), Astiva Health, and Clever Care. Please verify your eligibility with our office before completing payment.
